E-Fit: The state-of-the-art neuromuscular electrical stimulation device

EMS is an abbreviation for Electrical Muscle Stimulation, also known as neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) or electromyostimulation, and it is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electric impulses.

It's not an entirely new invention, since it has been used since the 60s and its principle has been known since the 18th century, but the E-Fit uses the state-of-the-art of the technology, in order to help improve anyone wellness – fitness or health, cosmetics or therapy – in the quickest possible way, via the wide range of adjustments that create a real bespoke straining session... of 20 minutes only!

The E-FIT equipments has been developed and tested over a long period of experimental research through intensive study of specific cases.

The current device is part of the 5th generation equipment-series specifically developed to stimulate the entire body throughout the training sessions.

The equipment, which can be used as a training, therapeutic, or cosmetic tool, comprises of a special workout outfit (gear) with 10 pairs of electrode cables built inside, and a modern voltage and frequency controller device.

The electrode cables can also be used for medical treatment and physiotherapy. The outfit is made of breathable material; it allows freedom in movement and keeps the electrode cables on the appropriate muscle group.
